NEW TEENAGER/ADULT CLASS

Ju Jitsu UK was founded in September 2022 with established clubs in Thetford, Brandon, Dereham, RAF Lakenheath & Watton. Ju Jitsu UK teaches realistic self-defence, regardless of age, build or sex. My passion is to give children & adults the opportunity to experience the true benefits of Ju Jitsu and give them life skills that they will remember for the rest of their lives.

Our classes will allow those wishing to join, the opportunity to progress to different grades or to continue training at a level or pace that will suit the individual. Classes will contain a mixture of fitness and techniques and will be suitable for all levels. There is no pressure on any individual to progress unless they wish to
